Abass began his career in commercial real estate, where he assisted in transactions totaling millions of dollars across various investment and commercial properties. Through working closely with investors, operators, and business owners, he developed a deep understanding of complex negotiations, deal structure, and the power of relationship-driven transactions.
His transition into business brokerage began after helping a distressed business owner successfully sell a crystal shop business during a difficult period. That experience revealed the deeply personal side of business ownership. It inspired him to build a firm focused not just on transactions, but on helping owners navigate important life and business transitions with trust, transparency, and confidence.
